At Turner IT Solutions, we pride ourselves in being able to find reasonable and effective solutions to a wide variety of technical needs.  Our support options include hourly services that are billed and paid for as needed, as well as pre-paid and scheduled office support options that offer preferred pricing.

On-Call Sevices

Support when you need it with no long-term contract.


Level 1 - Desktop & Application Support (Desktop/Laptop, Printers, Projectors, Software Support)

$85/hr

Level 2 - Network & Server Support (Windows Server/Active Directory, Data Backup, Email, Citrix)

$100/hr

Level 3 - Application Consulting & Project Management (Telephony, Network Planning & Security,

Enterprise-Level Application Installation and Configuration)

$115/hr

 

On-site support is deducted in 15-minute increments, with a one hour minimum charge.

Telephone and remote support is deducted in 15-minute increments, with no minimum service charge.

 

Scheduled Office Support (1-Year Contracts)

Working as an on-site partner, serving your Level 1 & Level 2 support needs.


5 - 40 hours per week

$85/hr


Application Training

Educating your workforce provides an immediate return on investment.


One-on-One Training

$90/hr

Group Training (4 hours for up to 6 people)

$450

 

 

Prepaid Support Discounts

 

$5,000 prepaid

$10/hr discount

 

Prepaid support must be bought in increments of $2,500, and can be used for On-Call Services or Scheduled Office Support.

Unused prepaid support dollars do not expire, and are non-refundable.

 

 

Hours of Operation

Standard hours of service are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding Turner IT Solutions holidays.

       After hours service is billed at 150% of standard rate.
